MAURIZIO NANNUCCI lives and works in Florence. Since the mid-sixties he explores the mutlifaceted interrelations between language, writing visual images and colour. He employs a wide variety of media including photography, video, artist’s books, editions or sound installations.

In the early nineties, MAURIZIO NANNUCCI started to collaborate with architects (MARIO BOTTA, MASSIMILIANO FUKSAS, RENZO PIANO among others) and to realize art-in-the-building projects for public building.

Documenting his linguistic researchs and colour-experiences, he collects continuously his own writing in the work in progress “Anthology” (1966/2004..).
