French artist PHILIPPE PARRENO unveiled last week his installation entitled H{N)YPN(Y}OSIS (2015) at Park Avenue Armory in New York. The exhibition consists of a series of events that fold and unfold onto the space itself, creating an architecture of attention on a scale of operatic proportions (!) according to the press release. Basically the installation consists of audio and visual elements like performances, videos and scores that PARRENO directs backstage by way of a specific device giving the exhibition an organic shape.
