CATHERINE GFELLER is a Swiss photographer who suspends time and space through her montages, offering new versions of the realities she records with her camera. Her work is based in reality, yet her sophisticated manipulation and organization of multiple images encompasses shifting points of view – the result is nearly an abstraction.
