Architect TAIRA NISHIZAWA has created the HOUSE U-TSUNO-MIYA in 2008 (completion). In this house, natural light enters at different angles through the double grill roofing, regulating the inhabitant’s pace of life. The 80-cm-high roof openings filter the flow of air from outside. The perimeter wall is composed of 22 mobile panels, while the flooring utilises concrete, wood and grass.
